Minimum Quantity will vary depending on your exact requirements, but in most cases the minimum order quantity is 1000 kgs per individual item.
Thickness ranges from 0.60mm to 1.00mm can be manufactured, but some thicknesses may have some width restrictions imposed.
Maximum Width is 1000mm wide. This is the widest that can be manufactured by our suppliers.
Minimum Width varies depending mainly on thickness & quantity, but most widths larger than 50mm will be accepted by the mill. For narrower sizes it is necessary to check with the mill first.
Temper: TitanZinc is supplied in a temper suitable for roll forming & bending most roofing, cladding and rainwater goods profiles.
Standard : TitanZinc is manufactured to EN988 (1997). This standard imposes strict tolerances on Zinc Titanium Alloy for use as a material for construction, cladding, roofing, flashing and rainwater systems. It prescribes all the major chemical, mechanical and dimensional aspects of the material and acts as a protection for end users against sub-standard manufacture.
