The most efficient way to purchase Flat Rolled Copper is directly from the manufacturer in the exact size that you require. There are certain minimum criteria that must be met in order to buy this way but the savings can be considerable. This guide can outline the basic requirements but we recommend that you contact us to discuss your specification
Minimum Quantity will vary depending on your exact requirements, but in most cases the minimum order quantity is between 250 - 1000 kgs per individual item.
Thickness ranges from 0.10mm to 3.00mm can be manufactured, but some thicknesses may have some width restrictions imposed.
Maximum Width is 1250mm wide. This is the widest that can be manufactured by our suppliers.
Minimum Width varies depending mainly on thickness & quantity, but most widths larger than 50mm will be accepted by the mill. For narrower sizes it is necessary to check with the mill first.

Mechanical Specification : We can often offer more specific ranges of mechanical specification with agreement from the manufacturer. Please advise us of your requirements and we will do our best to fulfill them.
Standards : Our suppliers manufacture to most major international standards If you have specific requirements outside of these standards we can enquire with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Lead Time : Most items will arrive in New Zealand approximately 4 months from date of order.

Some of our clients have entered agreements with Ambro Metals to stock certain items for them in order to achieve a "just in time" delivery situation. This relieves them of the need to keep large stocks on the floor but still allows them to buy specific items from the manufacturer.
