Direct Indent from the Manufacturer

The most efficient way to purchase TitanZinc is direct from the manufacturer in the exact size & specification that you require. There are certain minimum criteria that must be met in order to buy this way, but the savings can be considerable.

This guide can outline the basic requirements but we recommend that you contact our sales office to discuss your specific needs :-

Minimum Order Quantity : This will vary depending on your exact requirements, but in most cases the mill will accept a minimum of 2000 kgs per individual item.

Thickness Range : Currently we can buy TitanZinc coil between 0.60mm  -  1.00mm thick.

Coil Widths : The coil widths available range from 50mm - 1000mm wide depending on thickness. However, the mill may require a higher minimum quantity for widths that may leave them with excessive waste after slitting from standard 610mm & 1000mm wide coils.

Tempers : TitanZinc is supplied in a temper suitable for roll forming and bending most roofing, cladding and most rainwater goods profiles.

Standard : TitanZinc is manufactured to EN 988 (1997)

Lead Time : Most items will arrive in New Zealand approximately 4 months from time of order.

“Just in Time” Delivery Systems

Some of our clients have entered into agreements with Ambro Metals to stock certain items for them to achieve a “just in time” delivery situation. This relieves them of the need to keep large stocks on the floor, but still allows them to buy specific items from the manufacturer. If you think that this can help your business then please discuss your requirements with us and we will look at a tailored package for you.

Several criteria will affect the nature of this sort of arrangement :-

  • The specification that you require and the minimum quantities that must be bought.
  • Quantities that are to be held in stock.
  • The length of time that any particular items may be held in stock.
  • Payment terms.
